I talk frequently about how life-changing it can be when you begin truly living your life with intention. When you speak up and are really honest with yourself about the way you want your life to look. It’s important to check in with ourselves from time to time, that’s what first prompted me to start this challenge. I noticed myself neglecting important aspects of my life, some of those being my health, wellness and happiness.
After an eye-opening summer of switching up my workout routine and introducing more healthy fats and protein into my diet – my energy, mood and body completely changed. Hey! I’m Anne and I’m extremely excited to be sharing my story and eating philosophy today as a part of this Wellness Series…
Ok, picture this: you’re waking up at 5 am to get in your daily cardio before sitting at your desk for 9 hours straight at work just because you’re still 12 lb. over your goal weight. You bail on happy hour with your friends because you just can’t handle another night out with the temptation of chips, queso, and margaritas. To be honest, you don’t have the energy for it anyway.
